[ ] Dangerous movements, trapping, crushing, drawing-in and ejection hazards reviewed
[ ] Cap and bottle transfer, feeder, turret/head and conveyor hazards reviewed
[ ] Guarding/protective devices and access openings reviewed
[ ] Safety functions, stopping and restart prevention validated as applicable
[ ] Residual risks, markings and information recorded

3. OPERATING MODES AND ACCESS
[ ] Normal production mode and operator position confirmed
[ ] Cap replenishment and bottle handling method confirmed
[ ] Changeover/setup access and authorisation confirmed
[ ] Jam-clearance method confirmed
[ ] Cleaning method confirmed
[ ] Maintenance and diagnostic access confirmed

4. ENERGY ISOLATION
